This guide is intended to help troubleshoot communication issues between the Huawei inverter and the management system via Wi-Fi. Note: This issue does not affect the solar system’s power generation.
Open the FusionSolar App
Launch the FusionSolar mobile application on your device.
Navigate to the Commissioning Page
Tap on the “Me” tab in the bottom right corner.
Then select “Commission Device.”
Connect to the Inverter
Tap the “>” symbol to proceed.
Select “Connect.”
Scan the Inverter QR Code
Locate the QR code on the right side of the inverter.
Use your phone to scan the QR code within the app.
Log in as Installer
After scanning, you will be directed to a log-in page.
Choose the “Installer” option.
Contact your provider for the installer password if you don’t have it.
Access Device Monitoring
Once logged in, tap on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select “Device Monitoring.”
Update Wi-Fi Settings
Tap on “Router Connection Settings.”
Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
