This is a normal protective behavior and not necessarily indicative of a fault in the system.

Inverters with degraded insulation or internal component faults may leak current to ground. Some inverters also have built-in leakage monitoring that can trigger RCCB tripping if thresholds are exceeded.

Stray Capacitance
